**About the role**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Work closely with management teams to understand and respond to their recruitment needs
- Manage recruitment process in JobAdder
- Post jobs
- Phone screen to generate shortlist for recruiting manager
- Collate necessary pre-employment documentation, including approvals, reference checks, pre-employment medicals, qualifications and registrations, working rights, Working with Children Check, police check (if required)
- Letters of offer and contract requests
- Reports on recruitment status of recruitment
- Contribute to initiatives to generate strong applicant numbers
- Proactively foster external relationships to generate recruitment pipeline

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 3 years in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Strong ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Good written and oral communication
- A high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using Job Adder preferred
- Experience maximising value of social media for recruitment purposes
- Drivers license (travel to our centres required)
