**What you’ll be doing**
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, advertising, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Managing pre-employment compliance checks.
- Supporting recruiters and hiring managers with all administrative aspects of the process.
- Maintaining accurate data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partnering with People Operations to deliver a smooth pre-boarding experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders.
