Recruitment Coordinator

Multiquip is a national company that is dedicated to servicing the Poultry Industry across Australia. We are involved in all aspects of transporting live birds from the growing farms to the processing plant and from hatching eggs to capturing fully grown birds.
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team in our Head Office in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare advertisements and advertise roles through various media eg: Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc
- Review applications and identify candidates that fit the specific needs of each site and roles we recruit for
- Conduct initial phone screen interviews to understand candidates' skills, experience, career aspirations and suitability
- Arrange interviews for the hiring and as required, participate in these interviews at local sites
- Arrange pre-employment medicals, police checks, undertake licence checks ensuring all administrative tasks and compliance requirements are met for candidates to be work-ready
- Respond to candidate enquiries and maintain strong relationships with all applicants
- Coordinate recruitments function with all our other site locations and assist as required
- Work with HR in relation to an offer and contract preparation
- Coordinate induction process
- Maintain data base of applications and roles through internal Share Point Recruitment Tracker
- Provide weekly updates of role/s progress at HR meeting
- Assist HR with training & development coordination and general administrative duties
The ideal applicant will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in the blue collar space with a successful track record for achieving results
- Recruitment experience in Blue Collar, including Truck Drivers, Mechanics and Labourers, with occasional white collar roles
- Strong attention to detail and excellent presentation
- The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and successfully prioritise work
- An understanding of the various employment awards would be an advantage as would general HR exposure
