Account Coordinator

A great opportunity is available for an experienced Account Coordinator to join our team. You will enjoy providing our real estate clients with superior customer service; giving clients personalised care and assisting clients directly to maximise the value they receive from engaging with Domain Group products and services. In addition you will support new business acquisition, onboarding and post sales service and growth.
This role will suit someone who enjoys supporting client & account manager requests on technical issues, handling cases like credits, change of details, and communicates with the wider team on reporting, administrative tasks and events. You will also process or create opportunities in Salesforce when required/based on Account Manager’s request.
**Who are you?**
- Train agencies on domain Products, CRE, Homepass, Pricefinder, Agent Admin & any new upsell Products purchased.
- Refer revenue opportunities to specialist divisions
- Support Account Managers, sending client tailored proposals when directed, client correspondence, ad hoc tasks (such as revenue driving texts, EDM’s etc) and case study reports as requested
- Touchpoints to clients ensuring minimising attrition and revenue risk through credit issues. Client suspensions, overdue accounts etc
- Ad hoc projects that support Domain group's key priorities
- General agent admin issues - agent profiles etc
- Complete bookings - upgrades/downgrades
- Grow Domain group's product penetration
- Deliver against team and Domain Group commercial priorities
- Assist with territory cover when an Account Manager is absent
