**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Systems and Inventory Coordinator to join the Supply Chain team based at our office in Cremorne, Victoria Reporting to the Systems and Inventory Manager and a key position within the Supply Chain Department, the role requires a high attention to detail and a strong analytic skillset and provides an excellent opportunity to further a career in Supply Chain Logistics. The Systems and Inventory Coordinator role is responsible for monitoring that the underlying systems, from ecom platforms through to our freight partners, are all correctly configured to ensure that all ecom orders are processed within the group SLA’s. The role requires the supervising and maintenance of the interconnected systems to safeguard that the industry leading service we provide to our ecom customers is properly executed.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Monitor ecom order integration with 3PL partners
- Align ecom order data with carrier and 3PL requirements
- Setup and maintenance of store freight account details with multiple freight partners.
- Configure and update core ERP (AP21) to facilitate ecom order fulfilment processes.
- Configuration and update Ecom freight partner data: StarTrack, NZ Post, Direct Couriers, DHL, Seko
- Liaise with CX support team to resolve issues
- Coordinate retail store ecom fulfilment processes with Retail Store Operations team
- Identify areas for improvement and take responsibility for special projects as requested

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Prior experience in Ecommerce Retail support is favourable.
- Ecommerce Order Fulfilment
- AP21 Support System knowledge favourable
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Freight and Supply Chain experience advantageous.
