Join the Country Road Group Sustainability Team, as a
Traceability Coordinator
and play a critical role in mapping our global supply chain, validating sustainability claims, and ensuring traceability from raw materials to finished products.

As the
Traceability Coordinator
, you will be instrumental in driving transparency and accountability across our supply chain. This role supports the end-to-end mapping of suppliers and raw material sources for our apparel, footwear, and accessories. You'll maintain robust traceability data, ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and validate claims related to organic, recycled, and certified materials.

You will collaborate closely with our sourcing, sustainability, legal, and compliance teams, as well as external suppliers and certification bodies, to ensure accuracy, integrity, and visibility throughout our value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map Tier 1-4 suppliers and raw material sources across key product categories. Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of all supply chain partners—from farms to factories—and manage traceability data from origin to finished product. Support the implementation and use of traceability platforms
  • Coordinate documentation for certified materials (e.g., GOTS, OCS, RWS, GRS, FSC), and verify sustainability and sourcing claims (e.g., Australian grown, LWG tannery, country of origin, vegan). Support compliance with regulations such as the ACCC Greenwashing Guidelines through validation of supply chain documentation, in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Communicate traceability and documentation requirements clearly to suppliers and partners. Provide support and training to improve data quality, documentation accuracy, and supply chain transparency.
  • Maintain traceability data and prepare reports and dashboards to support ESG, ethical sourcing, and audit readiness. Assist with data submissions for claims reporting, sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key Capabilities

  • Experience in supply chain, sustainability, or compliance (fashion or consumer goods a plus).
  • Familiarity with traceability platforms and certification standards (e.g., GOTS, OCS, RWS, GRS, FSC, LWG).
  • Understanding of supply chain and product claims due diligence and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with traceability or supply chain mapping software (e.g., TrusTrace, TextileGenesis, Sourcemap) is preferred but not essential.
