**Full Time position available for Contract and Performance Coordinator for a business providing primary healthcare services to public prisons across Victoria.**:
**Attractive Salary of $95,000 + Super.**:
**About the role**

The Contract and Performance Co-ordinator is responsible for analysing and evaluating the organisation's business processes, systems, and strategies. This role will gather and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.

This role reports to the Manager, Contract and Performance but will need to work across all teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations. The role will collaborate with the Finance and Support team and the People and Culture team to implement changes and monitor the impact of those changes on the organisation.

This role requires all duties to be performed in accordance with GEO Healthcare Values; Understanding, Respect, Accountability, Teamwork and Excellence.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Proven ability to consult and work collaboratively with stakeholders to align, adapt & implement operational efficiencies in line with the organisational strategy and to contribute to the team’s success.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and reporting Key Performance Measures.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data and financial information clearly and effectively.
- High level organisation, co-ordination and time management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery projects to meet deadlines.
- Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the philosophy, mission and values of GEO Healthcare.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using the MS Office software suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Desirable**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, e.g. Business Analytics
- Prior experience in a healthcare organisation or health related working environment.
- Experience using the following software systems; SharePoint, TRIM, KRONOS, Infinium, RiskMan, Electronic Medical Records

**Other Requirements of the role**:
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week and travel to various sites across Victoria as required.
- Ability to work within a correctional setting, which may involve indirect contact with prisoners.
- Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal History Check and pre-employment Medical.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Working outside of ordinary business hours may be required
- Valid and current full Australian Drivers Licence
