**Position Summary**:ACE Performance is seeking a physical performance coach to help facilitate coaching contracts throughout the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, as well as assist in delivering our coaching product throughout our facilities (Mt Waverley and/or North Melbourne).

This is a multi-faceted role with the physical performance coach working closely with not only individuals and teams, but also stakeholders and organisations.

**Specific roles and experience will include, but not be limited to**:

- Speed development
- Agility development
- Player rehabilitation alongside physiotherapists
- Power / Strength development
- Athlete assessments
- Team based programs
- School based programs

**ACE Performance**:With this being a multi-faceted role including specific speed development, rehabilitation and strength training, the successful applicant will have the full support of ACE Performance behind them.

This includes individual mentoring and development from the ACE High Performance Manager and Director’s for all areas required.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science (or equivalent)
- Three years experience working with sub-elite athletes in the areas of physical preparation.

**Remuneration and future opportunities**:

- The role will be paid on an hourly basis.
- The successful applicant will also have the ability to develop within the ACE Performance system, opening their career’s up to greater opportunity for the future.

**Essential Requirements**:

- First Aid Certificate
- Human Movement / Coaching / Exercise / Sports Science Degree
- Current Provide/Perform CPR
- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
