**Position Salary $80 - $90 Per Year + superannuation.**

**Tasks & responsibilities**

1. **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Create and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with the business goals of **DMS Spray Solutions**, focusing on generating sales and strengthening the brand presence in the market.

2. **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**: Conduct continuous market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors. This includes evaluating potential areas for expansion and identifying market niches for our products and services.

3. **Close Collaboration with the Sales Team**: Work closely with the **Sales Department** to ensure marketing strategies are well-aligned with sales objectives and translate into tangible results. This role requires marketing efforts to directly reflect in sales growth and customer acquisition.

5. **Content Creation and Development**: Develop engaging content (such as blogs, social media posts, promotional materials, etc.) that highlights the products and services of **DMS Spray Solutions**, increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.

6. **Marketing Automation and Process Improvement**: Research, implement, and optimize marketing automation tools and technological solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience, including integrating CRM systems and automated customer management tools.

7. **Budget Management for Marketing Activities**: Manage and control the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are executed efficiently, within established timelines and financial limits, with a strong focus on maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).

8. **Campaign Performance Analysis and Optimization**: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns using analytics tools like **Google Analytics**, **Social Media Insights**, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), making real-time adjustments to maximize strategy effectiveness.

9. **Brand Positioning and Strategy Development**: Assist in strengthening and positioning the **DMS Spray Solutions** brand in the market, creating campaigns that reinforce its core values and unique selling points, both locally and in newly identified markets.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
