Our businesses MadisonAV, Madison Connectivity Solutions, Madison Express, Madison Technologies and Kallipr have expertise across a broad range of communication, wireless, audio visual, industrial IT and IoT disciplines.

This role sits within Madison Express which specialises in the distribution of quality cable, connectivity and a range of Madison Group products primarily to the electrical wholesale market. Alongside our own Garland brand, we represent a range of leading cabling, support and connectivity product lines including R&M and 3M.

The opportunity

As a Warehouse and Internal Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations for our Perth office. You will be at the heart of our customer service efforts, working closely with various teams to process sales orders, answer customer enquiries and when needed you will pick and pack orders to uphold our commitment to timely delivery.

You will ensure our customers are receiving the best service by managing all aspects of customer relationships, including the provision of detailed and accurate quotes, managing customer returns and credits and also ensuring the warehouse receive orders to ship.

This role will also ensure the smooth running of the Perth warehouse when our Warehouse Manager is away.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who has the ability to continually provide an outstanding customer experience that delivers sales and profitable customer outcomes.

You will be a master communicator and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. You will also have experience entering and tracking customer orders in a CRM, as well as having exceptional attention to detail in order to accurately record customer information, orders, and requests, and ensure follow-up as needed.

We are looking for individuals who are open to coaching and demonstrate a positive attitude to excel in this role. A forklift licence is not essential however will be highly regarded or a willingness to obtain one.
