**Title**:Customer Service**

**Reports to**:General Manager**

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:
**Role**:
**1.** **Data Input**

Input all Sales orders into Jiwa as per customer expectations, as received

Invoice all pick slips in a timely manner with accuracy

Prepare IFS manifests for all dispatches

1.1 No pending order at end of day

1.2 All picked orders for the day have been invoiced without any errors

1.3 Invoices matched to manifest prior to arrival of trucks

**2.** **Purchasing**

Place purchase orders with suppliers at month end and/or when necessary

2.1 Back orders on customer deliveries is within prescribed limits

**3.** **Confer with Customers**

Maintain records of GDW errors to customer

Resolve all customer complaints and issues in a manner that ensures customer loyalty

3.1 Customers queries are dealt with effectively

3.2 Error sheet is up to date at all times

3.3 Resolve customer complaints in a manner that ensures customer is retained

**4* **Systems & Data*

4.1 Provide input on system improvements

4.2 Report on any data integrity issues

4.1 Suggestions are incorporated into the system

4.2 Leads to reconciliation

**Salary**: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
