Seeking a dynamic and experienced sourcing expert to head up the recruitment and mobilisation for a new division within an established company.

**About the role**

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your recruitment and mobilisation skills and join a start-up division that is underpinned by a leading mining services company.

As our **Recruitment Specialist**, you will join a small team, report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and head up the recruitment and mobilisation function. This is a hands-on role where you will source talent, create a talent pool, onboard and deploy the teams to site.

Operating primarily in the mining sector, you will have previous experience in recruiting high-volume blue-collar roles as well as the strong planning and administrative experience to get the teams to site, full inducted and within agreed timeframes.

This role is newly created, and you will have the opportunity to bring your best practice ideas and experience to help shape and grow this division.

**What you will need**

Experience working in a high-volume recruitment/mobilisation environment specifically around mining and shutdown trades.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop, establish and sustain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ability to prioritise work, deliver to tight deadlines and problem solve.

Sound organisational, administrative and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

The ability to administer and maintain information systems with advanced proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
