We’re on the lookout for a driven **Talent Acquisition & People Support Coordinator** who’s passionate about people, culture, who can find & support the right talent to fuel our growth. We are looking for a recent HR graduate to take their first hands on role

**What you’ll do**
- Be the go-to person for general HRIS and employee support queries
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for our store network partnering closely with our franchise partners & operations managers
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure every new team member feels welcome from Day 1
- Support people operations - from contracts to compliance and beyond

**What you’ll bring**
- Degree qualified with a genuine passion for people and culture
- Experience in recruitment and/or HR coordination
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
