We have an amazing opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to be part of our journey, someone who embraces change with open arms and is excited about the future of Talent Acquisition at Crown Resorts.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment delivery for Individual or Volume roles across a designated portfolio (Support Services / Hotels / Resorts / Gaming).

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Attract and place the best talent to shape Crown Resorts
- Manage the delivery of the volume recruitment process including assessments, phone screening, interview scheduling and offer management
- Support and guide Hiring Managers in the selection process
- Instill a proactive approach to talent sourcing
- Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships with key stakeholders
- Become an expert on the end-to-end TA model to promote and advocate to Crown

**What you need**:

- Proven experience in both Corporate and volume recruitment, ideally within an internal Talent Acquisition function
- Exposure to recruitment and HRIS systems
- Sound consulting skills, ability to articulate and promote the TA service model to stakeholders
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment profession
- Ability to multitask
- Solving problems of basic complexity
