**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the CEO to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilise multiple channels to source, engage, and attract qualified recruiters and business development professionals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes

**About You**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting recruiters and business development professionals.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
