**The Opportunity**

We are partnering with a large Australian business that has a strong market presence throughout Australia and New Zealand and is continuing to grow and thrive in this market. The business is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their high caliber team and provide end to end talent acquisition services across one of their biggest divisions.

**The Role**

Reporting into an experienced Head of People, you will work across the full end to end talent acquisition process, providing advice and guidance throughout each stage, as well as having the opportunity to work on a number of great projects spanning diversity and inclusion, systems upgrades and EVP.

You will be tasked with being creative in your attraction strategies, utilising multiple mediums to attract talent. This will include specialised job boards, LinkedIn, Seek and your own network. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work on process improvements, whether this be updating interview guides, or using the ATS in a more effective manner.

**About You**

This is a great opportunity to truly take ownership of the Talent Acquisition function. To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience working within a similar Senior Talent Acquisition role, preferably within fast paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
- Great systems knowledge, preferably having used Page Up and Taleo.
- Prior usage of LinkedIn Recruiter.
