Responsibilities include
Leadership & Team Management
- Providing strong yet empathetic leadership and strategic direction across the talent acquisition function, promoting capability and the delivery of results.
- Translating business strategy so team members understand how to contribute and align to organisational purpose.
- Leading by example and driving a culture of empowerment, recognition, adaptability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer service.
- Effective program management, ensuring outcomes delivered are aligned to business requirements and budget.

Strategy Development
- Developing talent acquisition strategies aligned to organisational objectives and ensuring executive endorsement.
- Develop metrics that measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs.
- Benchmarking other organisations and industries to identify best practices.

Talent Acquisition
- Designing and implementing centralised and innovative employment brand, talent acquisition, and recruitment marketing that ensures engagement across the business.
- Regularly reviewing and evolving talent acquisition and engagement frameworks to incorporate the latest trends and best practices.
- Evaluate the impact and success of programs and adjusting strategy based on insights.
- Build a long-term presence in the employment market through strategic partnerships, leveraging insights and engagement strategies.
- Influencing and advocating across the leadership team to build and implement strategic plans and partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- DeDescription: monstrated capability to motivate teams, engage people on future-state and align delivery to organisational purpose.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex environments and enable high-performance teams to deliver results.
- Experience delivering talent strategy, plans, executive endorsement, capability uplift and process improvement outcomes aligned to organisational objectives.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholders, ranging from frontline staff to Board level executives alike.
- Can demonstrate extensive experience in talent acquisition leadership, strategic partnerships, new ways of working and technology uplift.
