Position Overview:
BOSIC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our clinic operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager or a highly motivated receptionist looking to advance their career in a leadership role. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring a high standard of patient care, and supporting our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Staff Management: Supervise, mentor, and support clinic staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel. Coordinate staff schedules and manage recruitment and training.
- Patient Relations: Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by managing patient enquiries, resolving complaints, and improving service delivery processes.
- Financial Management: Handle billing, budgeting, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate processing of payments and manage clinic expenses.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the clinic meets all regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of care and safety.
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of the clinic’s facilities and equipment, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Marketing and Outreach: Assist with marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services. Engage in community outreach to build relationships and increase patient referrals.

Qualifications:
**For Experienced Practice Managers**:

- Proven experience as a Practice Manager in a healthcare setting, preferably in orthopaedics or sports physiotherapy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in medical billing and financial management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

**For Receptionists Transitioning to Practice Management**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
