Payroll Officer | Parramatta Region | $27 - $42 p/hr | State Government | 5 Month Contract

Your new company is a large State Government Agency, based in Parramatta seeking a Payroll Clerk to join their wider team.
**Your new role**
In Your new role, you must be able to Provide a high level of Payroll processing and customer service in compliance with award, taxation, legislative and audit requirements to facilitate the payment of current employee entitlements.
Your role will include:
- Using the knowledge base to provide services, support, and guidance on payroll administration while elevating complex problems to regional experts will create a positive customer experience.
- Participate in the upkeep and review of service information to help advance knowledge that benefits the support community.
- As needed, offer support and assistance to other payroll team members. Check the processing of other officers to ensure the accuracy of the data entered into the system and the team's efficient and effective operation.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
You will have 1 year minimum in a similar position along with high level of excel.as well as strong communication skills and being able to work proficiently within a team environment.
