A remuneration package of up to $110,712 which includes a base salary range of $89,707-$98,982, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Remuneration and Reporting Specialist, this role oversees the end-to-end payroll functions for the State Library of NSW. This role provides operational support through system testing and produces timely management, internal and external reporting, and advice to Library staff on pay and reporting.

The role is responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate payroll processing in accordance with legislation and award requirements, and ensures the Library’s payroll function is operating at a high standard.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- End-to-end HRIS, payroll management experience and knowledge of SAP
- Experience in the end-to-end delivery of payroll services within a small
- to medium-size organisation
- SAP experience is highly desirable
- Experience in performing detailed checks of payroll calculations and payroll reporting
- An ability to balance competing priorities and work under tight timeframes
- Problem solving, research, and data analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail
