Transmin is a world-class provider of innovative engineered equipment, aftermarket parts and services to the mining resources and bulk material handling industries, throughout Australia and Internationally. Established over 35 years ago and with our headquarters in Malaga, Perth we have a broad customer base in the mining and minerals processing industry.

**About the Role**
- Drive the development of Capital Sales in alignment with Transmin’s strategic objectives;
- Develop and maintain client relationships at a high level;
- Research the market to identify future projects, engaging with stakeholders;
- Engage with clients, EPCMs and influencers via personal visits and other means to promote Transmin products and new innovations;
- Proactively engage regularly with clients to foster long term relationships;
- Develop and broaden the capital client base;
- Support the Capital Sales Engineers in their activities as and when required;
- Identify opportunities for cross/up selling of other products within Transmin (aftermarket, service etc.)
- Identify and generate new capital equipment leads and opportunities;
- Manage social media activity and develop marketing channels in conjunction with the marketing team;
**About You**
- Relevant tertiary qualification (sales, engineering, marketing or similar);
- Excellent understanding of the West Australian economy and the broader Australian market;
- Extensive network of professional contacts;
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Adept at working within an enterprise level ERP, notably MS Dynamics NAV
- Exposure to CRM software
- Ability to travel both domestic and international as and when required;
