Head Installers

NU STYLE SHUTTERS specialises in HOME IMPROVEMENT products such as Roller Shutters, Outdoor Blinds, Security Products and Louvre Shutters.

We are currently seeking Experienced Head Installers and Tradesmen to join our fast-growing business and become part of our strong, successful, and highly skilled team.

The Role and Responsibilities are as follows:

· Install roller shutters, blinds, and related products in strict accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications, ensuring precise leveling and fully compliant operation.

· Perform installations independently without supervision, consistently meeting quality and safety standards.

· Design, fabricate, and modify structures, including angles, trims, brackets, and posts, on-site for both existing and new installations.

· Complete all required paperwork accurately, neatly, and promptly, maintaining detailed records of each job.

· Deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and positive client relationships.

· Follow standardized procedures and workflows to ensure timely job progression and effectively supervise and instruct offsiders or helpers on-site.

· Handle customer payments and transactions with integrity and professionalism.

· Generate and submit daily invoices, service reports, and job return sheets in an organized and timely manner.

The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 6.45 am and 3.20 pm Monday to Friday. You may be required to work overtime as and when required.

Preferred skills

• Prior experience in a similar role, with proven competence in the installation of window furnishings, outdoor blinds, and roller shutters.
• Background in fitting, fixing, carpentry, or glazing is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Well-organised with the ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Effective multitasking and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and installing shutters and blinds safely.
• A valid driver's license is essential
