This high-impact role focuses on winning new business, retaining competitor-held accounts, and identifying opportunities in greenfield markets.

This is a full-time permanent position working out of either our **Brisbane or Perth offices**. **About the role**
- **Strategic Growth**: Develop strategies, forecasts, and commercial offers to convert new business opportunities while ensuring value-driven outcomes.
- **Pipeline & Reporting**: Facilitate pipeline meetings, maintain accurate tracking, and manage data for effective opportunity analysis.
- **Customer-Centric Solutions**: Lead customer forums, analyse market trends, and align value drivers to create tailored value propositions.
- **Key Account Management**: Build strong relationships, oversee contracts, and coordinate with regional business units to drive success.
- **Project Leadership**: Manage strategic projects, bid processes, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.

**What you will be doing**
- At least 7 years' experience in a Business Development position within the mining/ technology industry
- Proven ability to influence and manage processes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong vendor and customer relationship skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and business systems such as SAP or CRM tools.
- Strategic decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to obtain a Security Clearance and successfully undertake a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
