We are now hiring for an Event Workforce Coordinator – Perth to join our team to deliver the United Cup - Perth. This is a full-time fixed-term contract until the end of January 2026.

As this is seasonal role, we require full availability and flexibility across the contracted period. If you're ready to help us serve up real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role
As Event Workforce Coordinator – Perth, you will support the operational and administrative delivery of the event workforce. In this role you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the event workforce, coordinating high-volume recruitment and resourcing.
  • Oversee reward and recognition initiatives, including daily acknowledgements and service awards.
  • Assist with rostering across functional areas and manage employment documentation as required.
  • Liaise with tournament stakeholders and internal teams to coordinate on-site inductions, registrations, and respond to general workforce enquiries.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, human resources or similar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
