Darebin Arts Centre is seeking an experienced, motivated and dynamic Presenter Services Supervisor who will be responsible for driving and coordinating our venue bookings management system to maximise activations of our spaces, and to provide exceptional client liaison and artist liaison relationships with our valued communities who use the Centre.

This will include overseeing the pre-production process from initial booking enquiries to event reconciliation, with support from the Presenter Services, Production and Ticketing teams.

**About the Role**
The Presenter Services Supervisor position is a core role of the Operations Team that is responsible for all operational, technical and front of house support for the Arts Precincts activities, including performances and events. It is the first point of contact for all patrons, hirers, users and visitors to Darebin Arts Centre.

The Presenter Services team is responsible for the delivery and oversight of all operational matters relating to the use of Darebin Arts Centre including: venue bookings; client liaison; customer service; event management; workplace safety; bar services and front of house activities.

This role takes an important lead in the delivery of the Arts Program by providing presenter and operations services to the Arts Precincts facilities and activities

**Duties
- To oversee and ensure the delivery and monitoring of excellent customer service to all clients, patrons and hirers of Darebin Arts Centre (DAC)
- To oversee the delivery of a high-quality ‘end to end’ (from initial booking to final invoicing) experience for presenters and hirers to support safe and sustainable use of DAC
- To assist all internal and external users present the best possible events
- Oversee the event management booking system for all the spaces and be responsible for facility booking, event management and the financial processes related to the use of the DAC facility
- To monitor the scheduling of all events at DAC to ensure maximum usage and efficient use of all spaces
- To assist in the delivery of the Arts Precincts’ program of events and activities
- To oversee all Front of House and bar operations

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience working in an arts venue or similar environment where your role was to drive the effective coordination of event management systems and processes
- Excellent client and artist liaison communication skills, with a broader understanding of the industry sector.
- High-level finance and budgeting skills, as the role liaises frequently with Council’s Finance department
- Be an enthusiastic team member, approachable, adaptable, and to have close working relationship with Head of Operations as 2IC
- Previous experience using venue management system software as part of day-to-day role
