**Reconstruct TM** is a versatile building company that specialises in servicing the insurance industry along with maintenance of commercial and residential buildings.

Due to company growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Administrative Officer to join our Melbourne team.

In this full-time role, you will provide administrative & customer service support around the life-cycle of home insurance claims.

This role will provide a range of administrative, clerical and other duties to assist in delivering the best insurance claims management and repair experience for you and your customers.

Tertiary qualified, you will have previous experience working in an administrative and or project management/coordination environment.

Your knowledge of project management principles, practices and data management will be underpinned by your strong stakeholder engagement and contract management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take responsibility for all contracts administration upstream and downstream, responsible for all incoming calls with customers, suppliers and trades
- Maintain appropriate registers, progress monitoring and reporting for managing and reporting contract status, forecasting and compliance against requirements
- Identify customer needs & suggest improvements that could enhance our customer’s experience
- Assist operations manager with scheduling and understand projected workflow and customer availability
- Record and reconcile workforce timesheets including confirming completeness for submission to payroll team
- Creation and processing of requests, purchase orders and invoicing with close attention to detail, and track project progress
- Preparing the various reports required by internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain spreadsheets and paperwork in an organised and professional manner including paper and electronic filing
- Assist with the monitoring of regulatory & legislative compliance, maintain safe work method statements (SWMS) records
- Take a lead in implementing and maintaining internal systems & procedures

Skills and Attributes required:

- Strong level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to take responsibility and be accountable for workload
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a broader team
- Ability to solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel, word and outlook.
