We are posting this add on the behalf of National Racking Solutions is looking for a dedicated and organised Project Coordinator / Program Administrator to support multiple ongoing projects across our operations. This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working across different teams and sites.

Position Description

The Project Coordinator / Program Administrator will manage administrative duties, coordinate daily project activities, support project teams, maintain essential documentation, and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project tasks and assist across multiple sites.
  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Maintain project reports, records, and administrative files.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal staff.
  • Track project milestones and escalate issues or delays when needed.
  • Assist with procurement, quotations, invoicing, and logistics organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and quality standards.
  • Provide communication support in English and Spanish as needed.
  • Contribute to workflow planning and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Management, Administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project support tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
