**Project Officer - New Business and Reform**

**Location - Burwood, Elsie St Office 50% office attendance required (i**n accordance with the DCJ Flexible Work Policy)**

**Employment type - Full-time, temporary until 5 December 2025 with possibility of extension**

**Salary - Clerk Grade 7/8 $113,574 - $125,720 plus superannuation and leave loading**

**Your role**
- The purpose of this role is to work within the Registrar of Community Housing’s New Business and Reform team. The role is project-based and will assist in the implementation of a suite of reforms. The role will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects as a result of the introduction of the Community Housing Providers (Adoption of the National Law) Bill 2025.

**What you’ll do**
- As part of the New Business and Reform team, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the newly introduced NSW Register of Affordable Housing Dwellings.
- You’ll lead on the implementation of the NSW Register of Affordable Housing Dwellings design and input of high-volume data into the register.
- Working under the Principal Compliance Officer, you will be managing communications with key stakeholders in collecting and using data for the purposes of the affordable housing register of dwellings.
- This role will involve working on and handling multiple projects at a time, with the first project requiring you to audit and register 10,000 affordable housing entries.
