**Key Duties**
- Ensures any issues are escalated to the Recruitment manager within appropriate timeframe
- Ensure compliance requirements are met
- Ensure key performance indicators and operational excellence met
- Book in medicals & company inductions
- Work with the Recruitment Team to coordinate teleconference and face to face interviews
- Track recruitment and keep appropriate records of activity on the Recruitment App
- Engage third party advertising and sourcing platforms to ensure the team can reach widespread and diverse top talent
- Place advertisements across platforms and assist in managing the responses
- Support projects to grow our future talent program offerings
- Generate and onboard new business opportunities.
- Be an active member of the Recruitment team delivering exceptional service to the business
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines

- Able to operate effectively in and comfortable working in a very fast-moving, developing and constantly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly develop strong, strategic and positive working relationships across all levels and functions in a professional manner
- Self-starter, with an organised and focused approach
- Intermediate level expertise in MS Suite
- Drivers Licence is mandatory and reliable Transport to be able to travel to client meetings and sites
