**About the Role**
Are you a Melbourne-based TA professional looking to join a friendly and high-performing Talent Acquisition Team within the for-purpose sector? If so, we would love to hear from you
Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture, Annie, and working alongside our TA Partners Amy and Tess, you will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent for clinical roles nationally. Working collaboratively across the national organisation, you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with State Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to forecast recruitment needs and close recruitment gaps
- Reporting on recruitment activity

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, with some experience in an in-house recruitment role within a high-growth organisation
- Experience within the health and disability sector / NDIS (favourable but not essential)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Motivation to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the recruitment function
- A success-driven ethos with the motivation to achieve recruitment KPIs
