**About the role**:
Dixon's client partnerships are growing, and our clients work with our team to support them in achieving their strategic business growth and sustainable outcomes.

Dixon is in growth mode and invites experienced recruitment professionals to join our team in the role of Recruitment Specialist in our Temporary division.

**Key tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Regular client visits and opportunities to engage with client initiatives on client sites.
- Be an ambassador and contribute to a healthy and cohesive team culture based on mutual respect, shared success, and support.

**Experience & attributes**:

- Demonstrated success in agency recruitment or HR-related roles would be highly regarded.
- Or demonstrated experience within a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and negotiate outcomes.
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
- Exceptional problem-solving and ability to work with shifting priorities.
- Commitment to achieving excellence for all stakeholders.
- Exceptional relationship management and general commercial knowledge
