**The opportunity**:
As a permanent recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Recruitment of Early Childhood educators in permanent opportunities in Melbourne
- Advertising of roles on job boards, social media and network
- Business development to obtain new opportunities
- Communicating and liaising with clients on a regular basis to ensure that a vacant position within their centre is filled promptly

**To be considered you must have**:
Experience recruiting within childcare, healthcare or white-collar positions will be highly regarded, though if you are an experienced consultant looking to move into this space, we have significant training and support to assist you. It is also beneficial for you to have:

- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success
- Previous experience as a leader and the ability to grow a team
