You'll focus on permanent placements across all areas of health, including nursing, allied health, clinical theatre, medical administration, and more - with a national reach.

The Role:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers across Australia
  • Drive business development and uncover new opportunities for growth
  • Deliver high-quality service that reflects the Drake Medox brand
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to meet both client and candidate needs
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment (healthcare preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Australian healthcare landscape is a bonus
