**LOCATION: Melbourne WEST, Australia**

**SALARY: Up to $85,000 dependent on experience plus commission (OTE $135,000)**

Our client is a multi award winning organisation who has successfully brought a new level of service and fresh ideas to the Australian blue collar recruitment market.

Our client works with well known, enterprise companies across a wide range of sectors, and are extremely experienced at everything from placing a single temporary worker to running large scale permanent recruitment campaigns.

If you are looking to progress upwards from your role as a Recruitment Consultant to a Managerial position in the next few years this is the role for you. Due to continued scale and growth our client is always looking to promote upwards from within for their next Leaders to run new Branches as they continue to grow across Australia.

The successful Recruitment Consultant in return will have the ability to support the business development function of the branch as this is a 360 recruitment position.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Responsible for 360 recruitment. You must be able to identify and win new business through networking and cold calling
- Account Management, offering a great level of service to your clients, and continuing to grow your accounts

**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE**:

- A minimum of 1 year in a private sector Recruitment role
- Experience in business development, ideally as a Recruitment Consultant
- Proven experience of hitting and over-achieving against KPI’s
- A pro-active approach and a can do attitude
- Be able to work individually as well as be a great team player, and support your colleagues

**THE BENEFITS**:

- Base Salary up to $85,000 dependent on experience
- Commission on top - OTE $135,000
