As the People Systems Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the team, with a hybrid focus on technical and functional responsibilities. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in the administration, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of all SuccessFactors modules and integrations. Working collaboratively with the People team, key stakeholders, and the broader business, you will ensure that the system’s functionality aligns with business needs and facilitate process optimization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic guidance on the adoption or enhancement of SuccessFactors.
- Manage configuration change and implementation activities, documenting requirements and maintaining detailed incident and technical change release records and testing evidence.
- Establish system governance processes to ensure thorough documentation, release, testing and approval rigour.
- Maintain user permission structures and workbook.
- Collaborate with Technology to ensure alignment with security requirements.
- Work with support vendors to manage incidents and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain a suite of SuccessFactors Story Reports.
- Create a roadmap for SuccessFactors cyclical business activities, bi-annual releases, and planned enhancements.
- Ensure all end-user processes, user guides, training, and communications regarding change are delivered and kept up-to-date.
- Champion a high level of customer service and influence the broader People Systems team to meet and manage standards.
- Lead the team’s service delivery offering, ensuring agreed SLAs are met.
- Participate in monitoring, internal audits, and regulatory compliance reviews.
- Identify and address arising compliance and governance issues through monitoring and testing.

**Required Skills & Specialisms**:

- Strong experience in a similar role as an HRIS Systems Administrator or Lead in a large, complex organization.
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors, business rules, roles & permissions, and systems integrations.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence others through upskilling.
- Understanding of People team requirements and IT landscape.
- Ability to translate complex system issues to non-systems minded individuals.
- Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience managing others or influencing cross-functionally to deliver complex outcomes.
- Experience working with ITIL principles and processes.
- SuccessFactors certification is an advantage but not essential.
- Tertiary qualifications required in business, information systems, or human resources.
