**Leading Victorian Government client is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Platform Manager - (HCM Applications) in Melbourne for an initial 6 months contract + possible extension. APPLY NOW**

**Accountability**
- Leads technical relationship management with internal business groups and third-party providers, monitors performance against agreed SLA's, including escalation of SLA breaches with Customer Manager. Represent the Technical Support Officers at Monthly Supplier Performance reviews. Manages commercial, assurance, compliance, and contractual activities
- Ownership of the delivery of solutions and initiatives for improvements to the HCM Application Systems along with documenting and communicating the proposal to Architecture Review Board, Technical Review Forum or Change Advisory Board.
- To practice cultural safety by creating environments, relationships and systems free from racism and discrimination so that people can feel safe, valued and able to participate.
