The Opportunity
As part of this transformation, an exciting HR Specialist opportunity has opened within the APAC HR team.
This role is key to ensuring effective people practices across the business, supporting leaders, and embedding a global HR strategy locally. You will manage day-to-day operational HR functions while influencing and shaping strategic outcomes. Partnering closely with the Commercial client group, you will:
- Design, deliver, and execute people and capability strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance across all essential HR practices.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Safety) to roll out global programs locally.
- Support managers on performance management, engagement, talent development, and ER issues.
- Use SAP SuccessFactors for HRIS and reporting.
- Contribute to transformational projects focused on engagement, culture, and leadership development.

About You
- 5+ years' HR generalist experience, ideally within a large or matrix organisation.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to coach and build leadership capability.
- Proven experience across the employee lifecycle including performance management, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives.
- Commercial acumen – you understand how people decisions impact business outcomes.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change; thrives in a global transformation environment.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
