Job Title: Automation Tester

Location: Melbourne, VIC, Australia

Years of Experience: 7-10 Years

Position: 6+ months Contract

The Automation Tester will be responsible for both manual and automated testing of test cases across various SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role requires a strong understanding of integration testing, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless data flow between HR, payroll, and time systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts using AVO Assure across SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
  • Validate UKG Dimensions/Kronos configurations, including shift differentials, union rules, and clinical scheduling logic.
  • Perform integration testing between SAP SuccessFactors and UKG to ensure seamless data flow across HR, payroll, and time systems.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, defect tracking, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders across HR and IT departments.
  • Track defects and perform retesting as necessary.
  • Provide comprehensive test documentation and evidence for IS Audits and regulatory reviews.
Mandatory Skills
  • Proven experience in SAP CRM Testing.
  • Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Experience with AVO Assure or similar testing tools.
  • Familiarity with UKG Dimensions/Kronos configuration.
  • Excellent defect tracking and management skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Proficiency in communication tools like Office 365, Slack, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of integration testing best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on software testing.
  • Certifications such as ITIL4, ISTQB, or CAST are highly desirable.
