Fantastic opportunity awaits an accomplished
**Accounts Receivable Team Leader** to become an integral part of our dynamic organization. Your role will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the team, management of outstanding receivables and meeting debtor targets and Month-end and year-end reporting.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness for the data in the trade receivables ledger
- Prepare regular reports against KPI indicators
- Organising and administering the monthly reporting obligations and audit requirements periodically
- Liaison with sales staff and customers to optimise credit collections
- Management of AR Team
- Liaison with legal and debt collection agencies
- Ensuring all banking, receipting and allocations completed in a timely manner
- Onboarding and training of new team members
- Ensuring optimum performance by planning daily/weekly duties & activities
- Handling of escalated customer issues and ensuring resolution of disputes
- Cash-flow management
- Meeting of agreed organisational SLAs
- Ensuring compliance and auditability
- Ensure timely collection of all debt
- Monthly ageing report and all related general ledger reconciliations

**We believe that you will be successful if you have**:

- Previous demonstrable experience in people management
- Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to work with all levels of stakeholder both internally and externally
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Extraordinary experience in an AR role spanning at least 5 years
- Degree qualifications in accounting
- Knowledge of end-to-end accounts receivable function
