Our new world-leading centre for innovation on-site at Macquarie University NSW represents a new era for hearing and vision loss. This nationally significant social infrastructure project was undertaken to nurture, trial and share new ideas and form new partnerships that will drive better outcomes for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision. While the centre is based in Macquarie, its impact will extend across the country to all our sites.

**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Accounts Receivable Officer**to join our team at our **Macquarie**site. This is a **temporary part-time**role, **on site,** working** 22.8 hours** per week and reports directly to the **Accounts Receivable Lead.**You’ll make a difference in this role through:

- Daily receipting of cash/credit card settlements received by NextSense
- Daily reconciliation of bank statement
- Creating invoices as required
- Responding to queries and follow up of unpaid debtor invoices
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role you'll need to demonstrate you meet the following selection criteria;
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate/advanced skills in MS Excel and Word
- Prior experience with SAGE Intacct an advantage but not essential
- Problem solving skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- You are obliged to become familiar with, and comply with child protection policies and legislation, as amended from time to time.
