**Job Description** Your opportunity**

We currently have a new exciting career opportunity for an experienced** Accounts Receivable Team Lead** to join the NRMA Finance Team, reporting to the NRMA Group Accounts Receivable Manager. As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the AR Collections Team, ensuring that all receivables are collected in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization.

This role is located in our **Sydney Olympic Park** **Office** with flexible/hybrid working options available.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead and manage a team of Collection Officers, ensuring high performance and motivation
- Oversee and manage the collections process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and customer-friendly approach to collections.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained for all AR transactions and customer communications.
- Track and report key AR metrics, including days sales outstanding (DSO), aging reports, and cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure adherence to accounting and compliance policies, including SOX, audit requirements, and company standards.

**What You'll Bring**
- ** Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- AR certification (e.g., CPA, AR-specific certifications) is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience using Oracle, NetSuite, Tableau is desirable
- ** Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing AR teams and meeting collection targets.
- Strong understanding of AR processes, financial systems, and accounting principles.
