**About the Role**

We are seeking for passionate and motivated team player to join our dynamic sales team as **Account Manager**based in **Metropolitan Perth**.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the development and execution of business plans covering sales activities, revenue growth, and expense controls.
- Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customers relationships
- Identify prospective customers and generate leads to expand the business
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs
- Provide updated sales promotions information to customers
- Keep abreast with the market competitive advantage
- Provide inputs and assistance in pricing model, quotations, and products improvements

**Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role**:

- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to influence decision making
- Accountability for time and efficiency
- Ability to work with key stakeholders within Polyaire including Sales and Operational Teams
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and support a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Relevant qualifications with Refrigeration/HVAC industry experience highly desirable

An attractive remuneration package will be offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary will be dependent on experience and skills, with room for growth based on performance.
