**About our Opportunity**

The International Logistics Manager role mangers the daily execution of the delivery network as well as setting the overall network strategy. Responsible for the governance, management and continual improvement of international logistics activities ensuring compliance, efficiency and cost control across all global operations. The role partners with brand management, distribution centre operations managers and carriers in planning, implementing and executing ocean freight and daily retail deliveries across Australia, ensuring carrier on-time delivery performance standards are met.

In addition:

- Regularly review, plan, and execute in-market delivery programs to maximise service levels, safety and performance, while communicating freight initiatives to the Distribution and Logistics teams.
- Set the overall direction for network planning, routing and the use of third-party logistics providers.
- Supports areas such as reverse logistics, backhaul and other related projects.
- Coordinates a cross-functional team across all brands to develop alternative solutions, maximise efficiency and minimise cost and time to deliver to our customers.

The role can be based at either one of our facilities along the East Coast in St Marys or Girraween, NSW | Dandenong South or Rowville, VIC | Stapylton, QLD.

**About You**

We require experience in Freight Forwarding management with international freight regulations, customs clearance and compliance processes, driving network efficiency, cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in logistics performance management, contract negotiation and carrier governance will support us in meeting production demands. Naturally a people person with the ability to influence and lead, your strengths will be your high level of communication skills, cross-functional collaboration skills, technological aptitude along with analytical skills.

You will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance or Business is required
- Experience with SAP, MRP tools and financial reporting related to logistics activities
- Experience implementing and using dynamic routing software (i.e. TMS), is required.
- Experience with dynamic routing and load consolidation, must have.
