**The Role**
Our client specialises in offering high quality engineering plastics to Australia's manufacturing industry. Due to company growth are looking for a vibrant Internal Sales representative where you will primarily be responsible for supporting growth within the business.
**Responsibilities**
- Processing sales orders to warehouse
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics to ensure all orders are delivered as scheduled
- Maintaining the database through adherence to established processes.
- Logging customer calls for follow-up.
- Providing quotes to clients, negotiating as necessary to close sales.
- Soliciting and capturing customer feedback promptly.
- Managing customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Regularly contacting existing clients to maintain relationships.
- Continuously expanding product knowledge.
- Providing requested reports to managers and directors.
**About you**:
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Work with the sales teams to achieve targeted business objectives.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Increasing sales from existing clients on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Generate new sales opportunities from existing warm client leads.
