**About our Opportunity**
As a Logistics Supervisor and valued team member of our Stegbar Showerscreens Rowville branch, you will act as the liaison point between customers and Installers in the field by coordinating the installation of our products, ensuring a clear flow of information, you will also assign daily tasks to the Logistics Officer who will support you.
Our team provide an exceptional level of service in a fast paced environment, customer service must be at the forefront of every interaction as you navigate interactions between customers and up to 15 employees and subcontracted Installers whilst at times managing difficult conversations.
In addition, you’ll:
- schedule and route jobs to Installers
- work in partnership with customers, installers and internal personnel for any order related matters by providing support and resolving issues as they arise
- liaise with the factory ensuring a clear understanding of their workflow to verify the required installers are available to carry out the work
- build schedules, analyse work flows, forward plan resources and measure results
- process invoicing and arrange reworks
- participate in site stocktake
**About You**
We’re looking for an agile team player who has the desire to contribute to a positive work environment, who has an infallible memory, methodical but able to be adaptable to any situation presented to them. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service with capability of lateral thinking and be unaffected when resolving problems that arise. We’re also looking to leverage your cabinet making background, in a similar role where you have scheduled/routed jobs for multiple field staff.
You must be/have:
- highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks
- ability to work calmly & efficiently in a high pressured environment with tight deadlines
- ability to analyse data, manage the workflow data to schedule installations
- confidence in using Excel, ability to quickly gain competency with in-house CRM
