**The role**:
**Duties**:

- Participate in strategic initiatives and projects within audit, risk and compliance areas
- Lead and administer financial and operational audits across the group
- Including: determine audit scope, establish objectives and timelines, coordinate travel, communicate results
- Assist internal and co-sourced auditors across all audit requirements, including SOX, design and operating effectiveness testing, communicating results and action plans
- Interstate travel required at times

**About you**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and related experience
- CA qualified with experience in the development and execution of audit projects that address key organisational risks and in identifying process and control improvement opportunities
- Solid background in audit methodologies and best practice
- Strong relationship building & influencing skills
- Collaborative style, with continuous improvement outlook
- Self-motivated, able to meet deadlines and manage own outputs
- Strong presentation and report writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical & critical thinking abilities
- Well-developed IT and systems knowledge (Microsoft suite, relevant systems technology, exposure to AuditBoard or similar desirable)
- Excellent numeracy skills, Power BI and data analytics skills a plus
