**About our Opportunity**

As a Logistics Officer and valued team member of our **Stegbar Showerscreens Rowville** branch, you will act as the liaison point between customers and Installers in the field to enable jobs to be scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. You will actively be apart of our professional and dynamic team providing an exceptional level of service to our internal and external customers by responding to enquiries, confirming installation bookings, troubleshooting solutions to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer. This is a fast paced team environment, you will need to be confident with customer interactions and at times managing difficult conversations.

In addition, you’ll:

- schedule and allocate installation jobs to installers
- confirm installation dates via phone with customers
- work in partnership with customers, installers and internal personnel for any order related matters, provide support and resolve any issues as they arise
- general administration

**About You**

We’re looking for an agile team player who has the desire to contribute to a positive work environment, who has an infallible memory, methodical but able to be adaptable to any situation presented to them. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service with capability of lateral thinking and be unaffected when resolving problems that arise. We're looking to leverage your experience in a similar role, preferably within the building and/or manufacturing industry.

You will have:

- conpetency in using Excel, ability to quickly gain competency with in-house CRM
- data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks
- enthusiasm to work in the rapidly changing and challenging environment
- ability to work calmly & efficiently in a high pressured environment with tight deadlines
