**Your Opportunity**

This multi-faceted and broad role will support the Brand & Comms Team to execute marketing strategy and campaigns across our portfolio of brands that fundamentally change the direction of our business. The brand & comms coordinator stays informed about the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, while helping strategise and implement branding, advertising, PR and Content plans. Day-to-day activities may include drafting reports, creating or coordinating assets and content, tracking results, building relationships with internal teams, and otherwise supporting all brand strategies. We really don't mind if you have a marketing and communications background, as long as you have a hands-on attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.

**How you will add value**:
In the Brand space:

- Help activate our marketing plan across our portfolio of brands for our tradie, homeowner and investor audiences
- Generate insights and provide analysis of campaign impacts to find new opportunities and opportunities for improvement
- Help manage and leverage marketing sponsorship opportunities such as "The Block" as well as "Space Invaders"
- Assist in the development and delivery of advertising material including liaising with media agencies and creative partners
- Day-to-day management of brand assets, merchandise, employer brand requests
- Communicate campaign plans, objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team
- Assist with budgeting and financial management
- Be the brand custodian across the entire organisation

In the PR space:

- Liaise with our PR agency to assist them with materials that help them execute our strategy
- Research and identify profiling opportunities for our C-Suite, e.g. speaking events
- Support hipages' influencer program
- Manage advice, insights and data requests from the media
- Identify news stories that we can hijack in the media
- Assist with providing analysis and reporting

In the Content space:

- Immerse yourself in our customer base and help write copy that builds trust with our audience
- Own the relationship with tradies for marketing opportunities, including sourcing and managing contact databases
- Support our Sales and Service teams and identify opportunities for improving the customer experience communications
- Assist with providing analysis and reporting of content performance data
- Collate information, curate ideas and content for social channels

**About You**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a marketing-related discipline
- General understanding of the importance of brand/branding
- Experience creating and deploying assets for web and print on time, on brand and within budget
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and build effective relationships
- A hunger to learn and grow
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable with all common G-Suite and Adobe products
- WordPress knowledge is appreciated but not required

**What success looks like in this role**

In the first 3 months you will have:

- A good understanding of our business and its policies
- A good understanding of the role that brand, PR and Content play within the Marketing team
- Started to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Spoken to a few tradies on the phone about marketing and research opportunities and helped build a database
- Provided support to Brand, Content and PR by collating and distributing materials and liaising with agencies

In the first 6 months you will have
- Supported the analysis and interpretation of data that surfaced through agency-provided research, or from our own channels
- Interpreted the data findings to discuss recommendations and then visualise them in various presentations
- Independently run and maintained the tradie contact database for marketing purposes
- Demonstrated initiative in suggesting changes or
