How will you make an impact

The Adviser Communications Manager will help to run and manage the adviser communications function within the Platforms and Investments Marketing team. This can include management and execution of our monthly newsletter North News (fom scheduling, content planning, briefing, etc through to build and send), our LinkedIn newsletter, economist updates and campaign communications including launch emails and lead nurture.

What you will bring to the role

• Previous experience supporting the creation and automation of digital communications with specific emphasis on email journeys and newsletters, (experience with Adobe's marketing platform

preferred)

• Experience building marketing campaigns that deliver on commercial outcomes and can work well with product and other marketing teams to develop and optimise campaigns and customer experience

• Broad technical understanding of the wealth industry is a plus

• Experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with a focus on data-driven customer journey optimization and data-driven strategies

• Expertise in understanding and using Adobe Journey Optimizer and similar customer journey management tools

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technology

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications or preparedness to undergo studies in marketing or relevant commercial degree and/or experience
