The Role
As Team Global Express (TGE) continues to transform and invest in our people and systems, as the People Services Manager you will be accountable to define, own, and deliver on 12-month plan to establish a new People Services support model including employee self-service, HRIS support and HR Advisory Services.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define, own, and deliver on 12-month plan to establish a new People Services support model- Define and measure best practice processes, remove duplicated and redundant process- Leverage digital adoption opportunities by leading and delivering high value initiatives centred around enhancing the overall people experience and employer brand with the Workday HRIS.- Establish internal change management plans to ensure smooth transition of activities and improved performance and customer adoption- Manage, motivate, and develop the People Services team to provide comprehensive operational support for the business delivering the People team strategy and enabling the organisations digital adoption approach- In partnership with the Director People Services, develop data reporting and metrics to drive strategic data insights for the organisation including the development of SLAs and monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs- Lead and coach a team of HR shared services professionals to deliver against the People Services SLAs and the TGE People strategy
About You
As an experienced People Services Manager, you will have a passion for continuous improvement, have a background in establishment of a tiered people services model and demonstrated experience in partnering with a broad range of stakeholders across the business to drive digital adoption of People technologies to support the People experience at TGE.- A Leader that embraces accountability- Ability to drive change in a transformation environment via exceptional planning and project management skills- Demonstrated experience in partnering and influencing and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholder groups.- Ability to lead a team through a transformation and change environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to work within a fast paced and evolving environment across a broad Stakeholder group- Sound knowledge of HRIS systems and processes- Strong analytical and data analysis skills- Advanced excel skills- A tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources or a related discipline is desired
